Free weight management course

Our free weight management course is designed by experts and proven to help you lose weight in a safe and sustainable way.

You will find out more about nutrition, eating habits and how to be more active. Starting with a brief 20 minute assessment, we’ll find the best way for you to get results.

Our Manage Your Weight Programme 12 week group online behaviour change course which arms you with the tools and information of not only losing weight, but instilling habits keep the weight off.

For Lose Weight & Slimming World:

We provide two programmes under the Lose Weight offering.

  • Adult Weight Management programme via health professional referral only (1:1 initial interview over the phone and then 12 online group sessions)
  • Slimming World (currently operating a waiting list) is a 12-week programme – access to vouchers for sessions ran by your local Slimming World group

You can sign up to either programme in the same way; by registering for the Lose Weight programme.

After you register, our team can first check eligibility criteria before booking you on either programme.
