Reducing your risk and fear of falling is possible with our free Otago strength and balance training programme.
This gentle exercise programme helps you improve your strength, balance and mobility.
We will start by providing you with a screening assessment and make a plan to help you. You will then work with a qualified Health Coach to learn exercises that will help you feel more stable.
The simple exercises are designed for older adults and are adaptable to match all abilities and circumstances. Most of them can be done seated if required.
