How It Works

Fill in the referral form or call us. We’ll book you into a face-to-face clinic with one of our Stop Smoking Advisors.
⭐Start your streak
Your challenge begins. You’ll get support, NRT products and a plan that fits your routine and 12 weeks free swimming, classes and gym membership.
⭐Hit 4 weeks smoke free
You’ll unlock your £20 Love2Shop voucher.
⭐Complete the 12 week support pathway
You’ll earn an extra 3 months of free swimming, classes and gym membership.
⭐Keep going
You’ll have the tools, confidence, and support to stay smoke free long after the challenge ends.

Am I Eligible?
You can join if you are:
- A Cheshire East resident
- A smoker aged 12–16 (not an inpatient)
- Ready to make a change and reduce harm from smoking
Important: If you don’t smoke but vape, you’re not eligible for this programme.
