
A huge congratulations are in order for Alan Shaw, who has completed our 12‑week Active Lives Programme at Crewe Lifestyle Centre, supported throughout by our Health Coach, Matthew.
Alan self‑referred onto the programme with a clear aim: to increase his activity levels while improving both his physical fitness and mental wellbeing. At the start of the programme, Alan described himself as being “physically inactive”, but through determination, consistency, and expert guidance, his lifestyle has undergone a remarkable transformation.
Over the course of the 12 weeks, Alan has gone from little regular activity to now attending the gym at least four times per week, combining cardiovascular exercise with strength‑based training as part of a balanced and sustainable routine.
Speaking about Alan’s progress, his Health Coach Matthew praised his commitment and attitude:
