Ingredients 

  • 400g tin of chickpeas 
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • 75g tahini 
  • A sprinkle of salt 
  • Extra virgin olive oil 

Equipment 

  • Blender 
  • Jug 
  • Tablespoon 
  • Small bowl for serving 

Other items you may need: 

  • Tin opener 
  • Sharp knife 
  • Chopping board 
  • Colander 
  • Scales 

How To Make: 

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas using a colander
  2. Add in your 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. 
  3. Add your extra virgin olive oil. 
  4. Add in your 2 garlic cloves 
  5. Add your tahini 
  6. Add in a little bit of water or chickpea water. 
  7. Add a little bit of salt for taste. 
  8. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the top.  
  9. Serve in a bowl and enjoy! 

Recommended Portion: 2-4 tbsp
